In the heart of Tustin stands Tricon’s 66,700-square-foot office space which is a masterpiece of Biophilic Design including community-centric and transparent workspaces. A run-of-the-mill warehouse was converted into a vibrant, bustling hub for the adaptable and diverse workforce of Tricon Residential to reinvigorate the return-to-work experience.

TechStyle Fashion Group embraces constant change in the fashion industry, leading with Silicon Valley-inspired innovation. Moshiri Associates transformed a former aerospace facility into a dynamic space, featuring exposed ceilings and concrete backgrounds that highlight retail-quality finishes. Amenities include multiple pantries, a full-service café, and an open-air atrium for dining and conferences, catering to a forward-thinking work environment.

Bringing together the relative comfort of home with the relative intensity of the office, this film production studio finds a new home in an old house, as interior rooms are woven into existing infrastructure and soft materials meet rough texture. Complete building renovation including seismic upgrades, new exterior glazing, second floor mezzanine structure, new MEP systems, re-roofing and plastering. The project included demolition of an existing building to create a new parking lot. The interior improvements included production & edit bays, meeting areas, kitchen, executive offices. Interior plaster was removed to expose existing brick concrete core walls. Lite wood window frames & doors and barrel trusses created a warm and comfortable environment.

A company dedicated to revolutionizing the music experience also transformed the definition of a tech company in California. Sonos collaborated with ShubinDonaldson to optimize their headquarters' design for sound quality and innovation. Unlike Silicon Valley's constant redevelopment, Santa Barbara's historical commission guides innovation. Retrofitting one of the city's oldest commercial buildings allowed Sonos to enhance its historical charm while modernizing the interior. Exposed bow and truss structures, polished concrete floors, and warm wood tones create a creative and inviting atmosphere, honoring the building's industrial heritage within Sonos' unconventional headquarters.
